No one should be without hot water.

That’s what H2 told an Evergreen family whose water heater quit on a Sunday night, a few days before the in-laws arrived. Someone was out Monday, explained why repairing a 16-year-old unit didn’t make sense, and had a new heater in the next day.

Sunday night, no hot water

The call
A 16-year-old water heater quit on a Sunday night, a few days before family arrived.

Fit them in the same day on Monday. Explained that a repair meant several visits and a part that likely isn’t made anymore, at about half the price of a new unit.
How it ended
A new water heater the next day. The estimate covered the heater, all labor and hauling the old one away.

What H2 did
Quoted a price that was competitive and covered more work than the other plumbers’ quotes.
How it ended
A new boiler that “looks futuristic and works great,” in the customer’s words.

Came out the same day, found where the gas was coming from, walked the owners through the whole system and pointed out other trouble spots.

Bonnie and Herb lent them space heaters for the night.

Bonnie was incredible to speak to on the phone: helpful, kind, prompt. Victor came out to my Conifer home and fixed my kitchen sink issue right away and explained everything to me before, during and after!

Not only were these guys the only ones who would service my cabin up in Pine Grove, but they were friendly, helpful, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.
